Agreement to Terms

By using Smoother Drive's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Smoother Drive provides professional installation of advanced driver-assist systems on compatible vehicles. Our services include vehicle compatibility review, hardware installation, calibration, driver training, and optional ongoing support.

Driver Responsibility

Important: The driver-assist systems we install are designed to assist the driver, not replace them. The driver remains fully responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle at all times. These systems do not make your vehicle autonomous or self-driving.

Deposits and Payments

• A $1,500 deposit is required to book an installation appointment.
• The remaining balance ($1,500) is due when you drop off your vehicle.
• Deposits are used to order vehicle-specific parts and reserve installation time.
• Deposits may be non-refundable once parts have been ordered. We will discuss this with you before finalizing your booking.

Vehicle Compatibility

We confirm compatibility before accepting a deposit. However, unforeseen compatibility issues may arise. If we cannot complete an installation due to compatibility issues discovered after parts are ordered, we will work with you on a fair resolution.

Warranty and Liability

• We warrant our installation workmanship for 90 days from the install date.
• Hardware warranties are provided by the hardware manufacturer.
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from use of the driver-assist system.
• The driver assumes all responsibility for proper use of the system.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smoother Drive's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
